Payout policy

 

This payout policy is effective from October 01, 2021

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, we make every effort to ensure that your payout request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Registered account

Payouts from a player's account can only be transferred to the player's registered account with GGPoker. The registered account must be in the player's name.

Payouts can only be debited from the player's account and deposited into the player's registered account after funds are credited to the player's account from the registered account.

 

Disbursement processing time

Payouts generally take 24 hours to be transferred from GGPoker to your account, but in some cases it can take up to 72 hours. Please note that bank transfer methods take 1-3 business days for your payouts to be transferred from our side to your account.

In case of high-risk circumstances, stricter client scrutiny, or if your disbursement amount exceeds EUR 3,000 in a month (or the equivalent in another currency), we will need to request further explanations and/or supporting documents regarding the client, the payment method, the source of money or assets, and/or any other necessary information we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations and regulatory requirements. In such a case, the processing time of the disbursement may be delayed depending on your provision of the requested documents.

 

Closed circuit for deposits and disbursements

We have a closed-loop policy for deposits and payouts. Whenever possible, customers should have funds cashed out to the original deposit method. Customers may only have funds cashed out to payment methods previously used for a deposit.

Funds, up to the original deposit amount, will be automatically deposited to the payment method used by the customer for the original deposit(s) into the GGPoker account. Payouts above the original deposit amount will be processed after thorough review.

 

Disbursement costs

Your bank or payment processor may charge fees (currency exchange fees, qualifications and processing fees) to process your payout. Such transaction fees for payouts are clearly displayed on the payout request page. 

Please contact our Customer Service Department if you need help or assistance with your withdrawal request. Please include the amount you wish to withdraw as well as the withdrawal method you wish to use, as well as any error message you receive during the withdrawal request.

In the event that we terminate our company's offering in the Netherlands, payouts are subject to reasonable processing fees charged by payment processors or by banks for transferring the funds from our side to your bank account.

 

Exchange rates and volatility of exchange rates

We will clearly indicate, if applicable, the exchange rate applied to your payout amount at the time of payout request. Once you have submitted a disbursement request, we are not liable and will not compensate for fluctuations in currency values from the time of request to the time of completion of the transaction.

 

Fraud Prevention

All payouts go through an internal audit process to ensure compliance with fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements. As a result, it generally takes 24 hours for funds to be transferred from our end to your bank account, but in some cases it may take up to 72 hours.

All customers are expected to verify their identity after their account is created. We have the right to request further clarification and/or request supporting documentation for the purpose of customer identification, payment method, source of funds and any other information we deem important to comply with our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

We have the right to cancel the payout and return funds to the player's account when:

  1.  the customer has not yet submitted the requested documents;
  2. customer's documents have expired;
  3. there are concerns about fraud/cheating/conspiracy/money laundering; and
  4. the payout method requested by the customer is not the same as the deposit method.

 

Player transactions

Due to anti money laundering guidelines, withdrawing funds that originate directly from deposits may not be paid out until a client investigation has been conducted. Please contact our customer support for additional information.

                       

Bonus Payouts

Bonuses can only be paid after all requirements of the bonus policy have been met.

 

Cancellation of payout

In the event that you cancel a payout request, you are fully responsible for any subsequent use of your funds. The company is under no obligation to refund any amounts whose payout was canceled by you and which are subsequently used or lost.

 

Other cancellation information

For larger payouts, GGPoker may require more time to process the request as we may need to check for irregularities related to the transaction. This is to protect your account and to comply with money laundering regulations in the Netherlands. In particular, all winnings over €20,000 can only be withdrawn after a thorough screening for any irregularities.

In some cases where verification is required to complete a request, verification must be completed within 7 days of the payout request. Otherwise, the request will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

Please notify us immediately if your credit/debit card(s)/payment card(s) are lost, stolen or canceled so we can investigate their status and confirm whether or not payments can be received.

We reserve the right to delay and/or stop processing payout requests until final approval is received for outstanding deposit transactions.
