GGPoker Netherlands celebrates 2nd anniversary with Anniversary Series

From October 2 to 29, the second GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series will be on the GGPoker calendar. It marks already 2 years since GGPoker launched in the Netherlands, becoming the first legal provider of online poker in the country. Like last year, the Jubilee Series includes 4 Main Events with a total of $150,000 in guaranteed prizes and is exclusively open to Dutch players.
Two years of GGPoker in the Netherlands
Since October 1, 2021, all providers of online gambling are required to hold a Dutch license. GGPoker obtained this license and became the very first legal provider of online poker in the Netherlands on October 2, 2021. Meanwhile, GGPoker has been the largest poker room in the world for some time now and it is impossible to imagine the online poker landscape without it. Last year GGPoker already celebrated its first anniversary with a special anniversary series. Due to last year's success, the series is getting a second edition this year.
Jubilee Series with $150,000 guaranteed
The month of October is all about the colors red, white, blue and orange during the events of the GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series. To ensure that every player - regardless of their bankroll - can have a chance at winning an anniversary event, there are four different buy-in levels: $5 Micro Event, $20 Low Event, $80 Medium Event and $250 High Event. You can also qualify for the Main Events through daily satellite tournaments!
Two-day and in the money on Finals Day
During the month of October, each week is dedicated to one of the events, in order of buy-in. The first week features the $5 Micro event and the last week the $250 High event.
All main events have a two-day format with several Day 1 Flights, and one big final day. From Monday to Saturday you can qualify via one of the regular Day 1 Flights. There are also 2 additional Turbo Flights starting on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday afternoon there is the Last Chance Flight. This is the last chance to join the players on the Final Day.
Is the buy-in just a little too high for your bankroll? Then you can also try to qualify for an event through one of the many daily satellite tournaments.
If a Day 1 Flight comes through, your stack goes to the Final Day. The Final Day for all events is scheduled for Sunday night at 8:00 pm. All remaining players on Final Day are guaranteed to already be "in the money" and playing for the big prizes. The champion of each of the four events will receive a special GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series trophy on top of their cash prize.
Tournament Schedule
- 02-10 to 08-10: $5 GGPoker NL Jubilee Series (Micro) with $10,000 GTD
- 09-10 to 15-10: $20 GGPoker NL Anniversary Series (Low) with $40,000 GTD
- 16-10 to 22-10: $80 GGpoker NL Anniversary Series (Medium) with $50,000 GTD
- 23-10 to 29-10: $250 GGPoker NL Anniversary Series (High) with $50,000 GTD

Terms and Conditions
- Players must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this series
- GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series will be played from October 2 to October 29, 2023 and are open to Dutch players only
- The GGPoker Anniversary Series is a tournament series with a 2-day format. Don't play on Day 1 if you can't play Day 2.
- If players play multiple Day 1 flights of the same tournament, only the best stack goes to Day 2
- Tickets for a GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series event won in a freeroll or satellite, or obtained through promotional activities, will expire after the end of the late registration period for that event.
- Tickets cannot be used for entry into any event other than the particular anniversary series event. Tickets cannot be cashed out, nor can they be transferred to another player, or converted into cash.
- If players are suspected of fraudulent activity, GGNetwork has the right to investigate, and remove players if confirmed.
- GGPoker reserves the right to modify or suspend this series at any time.
