GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series from October 3 to 30 at GGPoker -.

It was exactly one year ago this month that GGPoker opened its doors to Dutch players. This made it the first legal provider of online poker in the Netherlands ever! To celebrate this anniversary the GGPoker Netherlands Jubilee Series will take place! The series has a guaranteed prize pool of $175,000 and consists of four events at four different buy-in levels; a $3 Micro, a $15 Low, an $80 Medium, and a $200 High Roller event. Oh yeah, and only Dutch players can play.

GGPoker one year live in the Netherlands

Since Oct. 1, 2021, all online gaming providers must have a Dutch license to offer their games of chance in the Netherlands. GGPoker obtained such a license and became the very first legal provider of online poker in the Netherlands on October 2, 2021. A year later, GGPoker has been the largest poker room in the world for a while now, and it is impossible to imagine Dutch online poker players without it!

Jubilee Series with $175,000 guaranteed

In addition to a new edition of the mini MILLION$ October is also dedicated to the GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series. To make sure that everyone can have a shot at the title of Jubilee Series champion, the buy-ins are set up in such a way that there is something for every player - a $3 Micro Event, a $15 Low Event, an $80 Medium Event, and a $200 High Roller Event. Also, qualifying tournaments for the starting days are offered every day!

2-day and ITM on Day 2

Each week one of the events takes center stage, starting with the $3 Micro event from Oct. 3 to 9, and working toward the $200 High Roller from Oct. 24 to 30. All events have 6 starting days, 1A through 1F, and are played every Monday through Saturday. You can play multiple Day 1 flights, even if you are already qualified, but note: Only your best stack goes to Day 2.

If you make it through your starting day, your best stack will advance to Day 2. Day 2 is scheduled for all events on Sunday evening at 20:00. All players who have a stack on Day 2 are guaranteed to already be 'in the money' and may play for the big prizes. For the champion of each of the four events GGPoker Netherlands has a special souvenir in store.

Highlights 1 year of GGPoker Netherlands

Finally, a look back at the past year. There are countless orange highlights to name over the past year, and countless new ones are guaranteed to be added in the coming year. We list our top five below:

'LittleMonk' goes back to back in the SuperMILLION$
Not even a month after its official launch, it was a hit for a Dutchman in the biggest online high roller tournament in the world. LittleMonk made it to the finals of the $10K Super MILLION$ as chip leader, and immediately turned it into a win for just under 300K. That it tasted like more became clear the following week. Once again LittleMonk took a seat at the final table. A win was not quite in the cards, but a second place finish for $222K was certainly not bad.
WouldILieToYou becomes Poker Millionaire
The biggest Dutch cash in the past year came in the name of 'WouldILieToYou'. During Super MILLION$ week, he got to sit at the final table in the $10K Main Event. Heads up was suddenly done when it went in with A♥K♥ against Q♠Q♦. The K♠ on the river made the Dutchman a poker millionaire overnight. A fantastic score of $1.18 million! GGMasters overlay edition $5 million guaranteed!
In March, in honor of the GGMasters' two-year anniversary, a special edition of this event was played. the GGMasters Oay Editverlion With a Buy-in of $150 and a guaranteed prize pool of $5,000,000, Daniel Negreanu dared to promise to shave his head bald if the guaranteed prize pool was reached. Fortunately for him, despite more than 33,000 entries, an overlay of over $400K remained!
GGPoker official sponsor of WSOP Circuit Venlo
The first of hopefully many more crossovers toward the live circuit. GGPoker was an official sponsor of the World Series of Poker Circuit Series Venlo. Players could qualify online at GGPoker for the €1,100 Main Event. The online qualifiers proved to be a hit, and the Main Event drew a record 961 entries! The WSOP Circuit Series will make a second stop in the Netherlands this year. In Rotterdam to be exact. Keep an eye on the tournament lobby on GG!
Gigantic WSOP Online Mystery Bounty event with Dutch success
A good month ago, the WSOP Online on GGPoker kicked off with a special event. a $210 Mystery Bounty event with a guaranteed prize pool of $10 million, and a guaranteed top bounty of $1 million! And although the one million bounty went out quickly, we saw 2 Dutch flags take seats at the final table. Timo de Smet and Mark van der Waal finished 6th and 4th for $92K and $153K respectively

GGPoker Netherlands Jubilee Series will be played from October 2 through October 30, 2022 and are open to Dutch players only.
The GGPoker Anniversary Series is a tournament series with a 2-day format. Don't play on Day 1 if you can't play Day 2.
If players play multiple Day 1 flights of the same tournament, only the best stack goes to Day 2
Tickets for a GGPoker Netherlands Anniversary Series event won in a freeroll or satellite, or obtained through promotional activities, will expire after the end of the late registration period for that event.
Tickets cannot be used for admission in any event other than the particular anniversary series event.
Tickets cannot be cashed out, nor can they be transferred to another player, or converted into cash.
If players are suspected of fraudulent activity, GGNetwork has the right to investigate, and remove players if confirmed.
GGPoker reserves the right to change or suspend this promotion at any time.
